I’ve always viewed illness as a learning opportunity, it is the body’s way of communicating that it’s not happy about something.
Of course, there are individuals who are born into ill-health, but what if you have become ill because you’ve not noticed, or chosen to ignore the signs your body has given you to tell you it’s out of balance? Often the body will give us subtle signals to warn us that it’s not firing on all cylinders, but more often than not, it’s not until the body shouts, that we choose to do something about it!

Perhaps it’s just a matter of knowing how to ‘read’ the signs?

Wouldn’t we all look to live the healthiest, happiest lives we can?
