CBT is an incredibly diverse therapy and is currently recommended in NICE guidance for the treatment of most mental health presentations. EMDR is also recommended for trauma, and both are expanding rapidly into other areas. The list below gives some examples of what I can help with, however this list is not exhaustive and I always discuss the individual requirements of every client.

I charge £80 for assessment and £60 per treatment session, which is up to 60minutes for CBT and up to 90minutes for EMDR. I also offer a package as on my website if purchasing an assessment and 6 treatment sessions at the beginning of our work.
