General information

Oiginally of Indian heritage Shally was fortunate to experience growing up knowing two cultures. Born in Kenya and raised in a middle class family in the U.K. She successfully studied and worked hard to excel in her chosen career field in the OIl and Gas industry.

Shally is a single Mother to a loving daughter and in today's fast paced modern world understands the challenges single parenthood brings, especially for those that are struggling to meet the demands of a career, relationships and family life in general all at the same time.

In contrast in Shally’s professional career she spent some 15 years in the Energy Industry and a total of 20 years in the Credit Risk management area. Shally trained with the Oil majors, establishing knowledge in best practices that governs leading policy changes in the industry.

During her time she has lead/managed teams and individuals at various levels. She has worked at the best institutions, learning the importance of team work, sound work ethic, and cultural diversity.

Following a rewarding career she has decided to use what comes naturally to her, to guide, coach, and mentor individual to unleash their potential.
