Scott is a fully qualified youth coach, life coach and business coach who helps young people, adults and organisations to be their best and achieve success. With 15yrs experience of working with large corporates, Scott has worked with and supported people from all walks of life and achieves great results.

Scott specialises in the following areas:

Youth Coaching - helping young people to be your best by empowering you to make positive choices, leading to a positive, happy and fullfilled future. This includes areas such as increasing confidence and self-esteem, bullying, coping with homework and exams, job/college/university choices, friendships and relationships...amongst many other things.

Life Coaching - Scott will help you to take stock of your life and make big shifts towards living a happier, healthier and more well-balanced life.

Peak Performance Life Coach for Sports Professionals - supporting sports professionals from youth level through to post-retirement. Common areas of focus are confidence, positive mindset, career, relationships, your personal identity (as a person, not just the sports person), personal growth and finances. Scott will work with you on the areas you want to focus on to help you perform at the peak of your ability and live a positive, well-balanced life during and after your sporting career.

Business Coaching and Consultancy - supporting business owners to create and maintain high performing teams and have robust training frameworks and plans in place to support this. We will help to facilitate change and high performance leadership through effective performance management, employee engagement, developing talent and coaching/mentoring.

Scott is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
