General information

Essex Boot Camps are developed and delivered to you by EBC Fitness Ltd. Providing unique outdoor exercise solutions in Essex since 2006. We are not a course of 6 or 8 weeks, we are an ongoing outdoor fitness initiative, motivating and supporting you 52 weeks of the year.

We are the County’s leading outdoor Boot Camp offering over 450 sessions per month. We are not a course of 6 or 8 weeks, we operate our sessions all year around as we believe fitness ambitions and weight issues cannot be addressed (long term) in a 8 week time slot, it’s a life style choice! Over 70% of our members attend our sessions as an alternative to the gym.

What you can expect from Essex Boot Camp:

1 hour of seriously fun outdoors training, in parks, woodlands and forests.
Training using the experience of ex-military or specialist fitness instructors.
Every session is different, which will consistently challenge your body and fitness.
We have many locations and offer over 84 hours of sessions per week.
Whether you are a new mum, overweight, or a fitness professional, Essex Boot Camp can cater for all. And what’s more, you will never be left behind in a session as the team and the members are consistently encouraging you.

In addition, we offer services to schools, charities and can run corporate days or weekends.
