NICOLA:
I stumbled across Cambridge in 2006 - I watched a colleague sip his milkshake, refusing offers of sandwiches at an office meeting. He went on to lose over a third of his body weight; suddenly I was interested! I started Cambridge in April 2007, going from size 20 to a slender size 10! As you might imagine, it completely transformed my life! It has helped me maintain a healthier weight, and most importantly, feel empowered to control it.

I love being a Consultant! I trained in 2007, and have been helping people reach their goals since. In 2010, I enjoyed working closely with Cambridge's medical team to support NHS projects, helping those with more extreme weight issues to positively tackle their journey. I see clients in our Reigate, Dorking, Horsham and Eastbourne clinics.

STUART:
My journey began while in the Army, when I found myself in a desk-job; I was taking little exercise and quickly gained weight. Nicola put me on the Plan and I was quickly back to a healthy weight. I also noticed I was more effective at work and I now also have a much better understanding of what I’m eating and have been hovering just below my target weight for over a year now. I work from our Reigate, Horsham and East Grinstead offices. I see clients in our Reigate, East Grinstead & Horsham offices.

We are also both proud to serve on the Regional Consultant Committee for the South East of England.
