The Food Nutritionist is about helping you to embark on a journey of abundant health and wellbeing. After her youngest son went in to anaphylactic shock, she decided that it would be her life-long mission to teach others the health benefits of eating ‘real food’ and the consequences that diet and lifestyle choices can have on health. She qualified with a diploma in nutrition in 2008, completed a BSc in Nutritional Therapy in 2012 and is currently completing a MSc Nutritional Medicine at Surrey. She is also a qualified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and fitness instructor which complements her Nutritional consultations.
