Automotive The Craft We specialise in restoring and reupholstering single sofas chairs or suited sets.Staff have over 25 years experience of traditional and modern upholstery. As a result we have an intimate knowledge of both traditional hand made and modern manufactured styles. Hotel Bar Pub & Restaurant Upholstery We frequently work with hotels bars pubs and restaurants to provide and affordable alternative to buying new furniture - existing banquettes sofas stools and chairs can be recovered for a fraction of the price! As well as recovering your furniture we can also improve your customers comfort with replacement foam inserts and cushions. All work is completed with fire retardant materials to meet British Safety Standards. We have access to a large range of fabric and leather which are designed specifically for commercial wear samples of which are available on request. Alternatively we are happy to work with materials supplied by you providing that we are consulted on the selection to ensure that they are suitable for the purpose. we are also happy to travel further afield although travel expenses may be incurred. The piece may be Georgian Victorian Edwardian or even modern classics such as Parker Knoll Cintique and Ercol chairs.Working slowly we use techniques wich are sympathetic to a specific period and style. Modern styles We also offer a modern re-upholstery service for tailored styles and detachable covers. Unless requested by the client all our modern re-upholstery is stripped back to the frame with new fillings and sundry materials throuhout fully compliant with flame retardant legislation.
