Kenzoku martial arts is a family friendly martial arts school teaching traditional and modern jiujitsu competition training and self defence . Head instructor and club owner Sensei Peter Brady (3rd degree black belt) has been training in martial arts for 36 years , training in judo , Karate (traditional and free style) and jiu jitsu for the last 26 years. The club prides itself in discipline and good family values promoting fitness and fun in a safe and professional environment encouraging all family members to get involved no matter what age! Our youngest members start at 4yrs going upto adults in their 50's .Jiu jitsu is not limited by strength and size but uses techniques working the bodies motion and joints against them . Improve your confidence , fitness and coordination whilst having fun! We are Kenzoku , Family!!!!!!
