JT Survey Group are Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants with over 15 years industry experience, who offer a personal service throughout Wales and the South West of England with clients ranging from individual home owners, loss Adjusters/ assessors, local authorities, housing associations, solicitors, commercial clients, managing agents, education establishments, hospitals and other surveying practices.
We specialise in the insurance industry and specifically the project managing and coordinating of building claims as a result of fire, flood, storm, escape of water and malicious damage.
We also undertake building surveying jobs that range from the design and project management of large, multi-million pound structures to adaptations and repairs of existing premises.

We pride ourselves with undertaking professional duties such as feasibility studies, pre-acquisitions surveys, schedule of dilapidations, party wall and neighbor matters.
We aim to provide a personal, efficient, cost effective service providing high quality advice and service for building and property related issues.
