Ches Chesney ~ Hypnotherapy

General information

Ches Chesney is an accredited hypnotherapist validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. He registered as an Advanced Practitioner within the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).

Ches combines Ericksonian psychotherapy and hypnotherapy with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Brooksonian Non-Attachment Therapy (NAT) and Integral Eye-Movement Technique (IEMT). In this way he can help clients achieve rapid therapeutic change.

Hypnotherapy may be useful in overcoming fear, stress, anxiety, panic, phobias, habits and addictions (e.g. smoking, overeating, alcoholism), disrupted sleep patterns, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, fear of examinations and public speaking, allergies and skin disorders, migraine and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Additionally, hypnosis has been used in pain management and in the areas of both sporting and artistic performance enhancement. As an adjunct to other counselling techniques, it can also assist in helping to resolve relationship difficulties and be useful within anger management strategies.
