General information

My Local Pilates provides Pilates Matwork Courses across 5 venues in Hackney and Stratford.

Classes are suitable for complete beginners through to advanced levels and are taught in small groups of no more than 12 people. Courses last 6-8 weeks and provide clear progression from start to finish.

In addition to standard Pilates classes there are:

* "Healthy Back" courses for the management of Low Back Pain

* "Pilates for Runners" courses - exercises to target key muscles used in running

*"T.L.C Pilates" - a gentle for Post-natal/Older client or those recovering from injury

Exercises are progressive, effective and safe for people of all ages and levels of fitness. The method employed for teaching is Body Control Pilates, widely thought of as the European benchmark for setting standards in Pilates teaching.

All courses must be pre-booked.
