General information

With a love and passion for all things canine I decided that it was time to put my passion to use. I completed my City and Guilds Level 3 Dog Grooming Certificate in August 2017, along with my Canine First Aid Training. Then Big Paws Little Paws Grooming Parlour was born. I am lucky enough to have trained with some of the best groomers in the trade and continue to expand my education, attending seminars and work shops to further my knowledge of the industry and learn new skills. I am a strong believer in qualifications and that you cannot learn a skill from just watching a video on you tube. I enjoy working with new breeds and my regular clients and doing so allows me to get more skilled with every groom. My focus is and always will be the welfare of the dog. My work isn't just on the table or in the parlour, I put a lot of work into the business behind the scenes. Researching new products, different behaviours of dogs, different tools and tricks to make grooming easier and more pleasant for dogs which may not like being groomed. I love all my dogs and their welfare is my priority. I am always honest with all my clients and through this I have built up some great relationships and continue to do so. As I see it a dog is not only your responsibility but that of everyone around him/her whether its your groomer or your vet. I take pride in my work and my first client is just as important as my last each day.
