Join us in practicing this inspiring and dynamic form of Partner yoga in a tradition of Ashtanga yoga method incorporated with Acroyoga elements.
Ashtanga physical practice asks you to work on the spiritual through the physical. By creating the inner heat you will begin the purification of body from toxins and burn through unhealthy habits. This practice provides you with the foundation for the transformation of your life and body.
You will practice specifically designed yoga sequence through partner work beginning with Sun Salutauions. During the practice you will be engaged in safely and effectively adjusting each other. It is fun and energising. In the end of the practice you will learn how to "fly" on a yoga mat.
Run by Yelena there is sure to be plenty of laughter and fun woven into the experience. You are sure to learn a lot and have a great time in the process. Don’t miss this opportunity!
Men and women are welcomed. Suitable for beginners and more experienced. It is not required to bring a partner, come along and buddy up.
