Ant Meehan has been working within Personal Training and Physiotherapy for the past 16 years.
We can guarantee your experience with Ant will be unique.
An hour long Physiotherapy Consultation and follow up sessions enable Ant to really get to the bottom of your problem.
After assessment Ant has the use of the gym at Firehouse Fitness to continue assessment and rehabilitation.
Guaranteed - this will not be like your usual Physiotherapy session!
Ant encourages use of video analysis, biomechanical screening and many varied treatment techniques to rehabilitate you back to your best!
Come down to see Ant for help with your back/neck pain, knee pain, ankle sprain, Osteoarthritis - whatever your problem Ant will endeavor to help you with.
Sports massage is provided by Ant for 1/2 hour or hour slots with the added bonus of Physiotherapy advice.
