Forth Architecture is a privately owned Architectural Practice located in Scotland’s historic Forth Valley. The practice provides a wide range of professional architectural services across West Lothian and Central Scotland and is owned and run by myself, Ian McIntyre B.Sc. (Hons) MCIAT.

I am a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over fifteen years experience in both the public and private sectors and a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. The institute ensures that I adhere to a Code of Professional Conduct, which covers all aspects of my work and I carry fully comprehensive insurance. I have an extensive range of contacts that include Architects, Landscape Architects, Product Suppliers, Consultants and Contractors and I pride myself on offering an affordable, professional, personal, efficient and reliable service tailored to the needs of my clients.

Many of my clients are homeowners who wish to save money by extending or altering their property rather than moving home and who don’t wish to spend large amounts of money on fees. By operating below the Vat threshold and keeping overheads low Forth Architecture is able to offer very competitive fees without any compromise to quality.
