Aikido Seishin Kai
Aikido is a tradition martial art , using throws and locks to perform self defence.
Aikido's movements are derived from Samurai principles, and the weapons content of the practice is with a wooden sword ( bokken) and wooden staff ( Jyo).
Aikido is suitable for All. Once the principles are realised and harmony is felt, it removes the distinctions between the young and old, large and small, men and women.
Aikido trains both the mind and body, leading to greater awareness of self and the world around us.
TRAINING NIGHTS ARE:-
Tuesday Nights at Fenton Manor Sports Complex.
Children and Adults 6:30pm till 8:30pm
£5 per person
Wednesday Night at St.Andrew's Church Hall, Lawson Terrace, Porthill, ST5 8PB
Children's Class 6pm till 7:30pm
Adults class 7:30 till 9:30pm
£5 per person
Thursday night at St.Andrew's Church Hall, Lawson Terrace, Porthill, ST5 8PB
Adults Class 6:30 till 9:30pm
£5 per person
New member must pay £7 for insurance then get two free classes.
