My business is based on my passion for holistic therapies and face and body treatments.

I am privileged to be associated with Guinot and able to offer their wonderful range of facials including the spectacular Hydrodermie Lift and Hydrodermie Youth treatments which offer an alternative to aesthetic facial treatments. These Hydrodermie facials are bespoke and offer 12 variations depending on skin type and concerns. All the Guinot facials can be adapted for men and a full range men's products is also available.

I have always had a keen interest in sport and the associated musculoskeletal injuries and imbalances. I qualified as a soft tissue therapist in February 2015 and I carry out a wide range of soft tissue techniques with the aid of a thorough assessment and consultation.

These techniques can also be used to help and treat those with over use injuries, posture and tension related imbalances.

I also offer a range of massages for those who would like to relax, unwind and de-stress, including swedish, deep tissue , hot stones , aromatherapy and pre and post natal massage.

I have always had a passion for holistic therapies and offer reflexology and
indian head massage which are intensely soothing and rebalancing.

The aromatherapy treatments are carried out with the beautiful Pepperfit range of essential body oils. All four oils , Boost, Zest, Relax and Rescue have a base of arnica and Vit E and each with their own unique blend of essential oils :

Boost: Lavender, Lemongrass,Cedarwood,Rosemary and Green Manadarin.

Zest: Tangering, Lavender and Roman Chamomile,

Relax: Lavender, Pathchouli, Vetivert, Geranium, Petitgrain and Roman Chamomile.

Rescue: Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Sweet Fennel and Peppermint.

The sports and soft tissue treatments are carried out using a combination of Pepperfit essential body oils and Chemodol massage oil. All other massages are carried out with grape seed massage oil.
