Hello and welcome! My name is Nikki Gresham.
After working In Mental Health Services and the Drug Dependency Field, I began in Private Practice. I have been practicing in the private sector since 2005 working as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with many people helping with a wide variety of issues.
My special interest lies in the field of Energy Psychology and I integrate this into the therapeutic counselling work to enable change and healing at a deep level and in a short space of time. Working with the body's energy systems and the sub-conscious mind helps the mind, body and spirit to be in congruence, working together towards the same goal. If the old sub-conscious patterns and conditioning are going against the new desired outcome, then actual change can feel very difficult.
It was my personal healing journey that led me into the field of mindfulness, energy psychology, healing and neuroplasticity. Having experienced working on myself and healing from 'an incurable' auto-immune disease, I know what is possible! While there is always more to learn, I love my work and am passionate about helping to facilitate people along their journey through life. Your body, mind and spirit holds all of the answers that you need in order to heal your life and move into flow.
