Jackie Bastin and John Parry are the founders and senior therapists at the Mind Studio. We have contemporary, newly refurbished therapy rooms in our Practice in Amersham, Bucks. We have experience working with many limiting issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, phobias, weight control, relationships, performance, IBS, smoking, OCD, post-traumatic stress and the list goes on. Our new and interactive workshops will provide an opportunity to learn about the role of your mind in more specific areas of your life such as relationships, understanding your fears, learning and exam performance, self esteem and confidence. The difference that makes the difference is that we do not only teach you about WHY you think and behave in certain ways be we give you a programme of HOW you can change your unconscious thinking to make those permanent differences in your life.

The Mind/Body connection has been proven through neuroscience. Our thoughts affect how we feel, including our response to pain. We believe in looking after your mind and your body in order to live a healthy and happy life. We are lucky to have Emma Bastin, highly qualified holistic therapist and instructor, who can work with you to design the holistic body treatments to suit your needs. Whether that is pregnancy massage, aromatherapy massage, reflexology, as no two people have the same needs, she will tailor your treatment to fit you and so you can truly experience the benefits of treating both your mind and your body at the Mind Studio.
