Princes Trust Team Programme:

The Prince’s Trust Team Programme is for people aged 16-25 who are unemployed and feeling “stuck”.
Inner Flame works in partnership with The Prince’s Trust to deliver this powerful 12-week experience in Swindon.
Participants take part in:
Team building activities
A week-long residential trip
Two community projects and
Two weeks of work experience

You can develop your confidence, motivation, job hunting skills as well as gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Over 2/3 of participants move into a job, training or education within 3 months of completion.

Firework Success Club:
Firework is for young people who are serious about finding work.

Members meet weekly and the sessions are very different from most Job Clubs that we’ve heard about:
It’s exclusively for people aged under 25.
It’s not just sitting in front of a room full of PCs doing job applications. The sessions are a mixture of trainng and coaching, focused on YOUR success, from people with experience in recruitment.
Everyone wants to be there, to get help moving forward in their career - no-one is forced to attend. We’re looking for people who are willing to challenge themselves and to support others. This makes a big difference to the atmosphere in the group.

Firework is an 8-week programme, but members can continue with us for as long as it takes, as long as they’re serious about taking action to get the job they want.
