We specialise in the removal of damaged or failed cavity wall insulation. Many thousands of homes were insulated under various government initiatives. A great deal of these homes were not suitable for retro fitted insulation and are no suffering from problems associated with failing insulation

Many of the calls and enquiries we receive are from homeowners and landlords who frequently report many of the following issues. The appearance of black mould within rooms, properties feeling colder, condensation running down walls and windows, floor timbers beginning to rot due, family members developing breathing problems.

Often the first sign of a problem is wallpaper starting to peel, damp musty odours developing and homes becoming harder to heat.

If left untreated these problems will continue to develop and eventually will cause severe damage to your home and possibly your health.

Homes that have been affected by fire or flooding should also have the wall insulation treated properly, very often the insulation will have to e removed to aid drying or to emove smoke contamination
