All of our ecu files are custom dyno tuned specifically for your vehicle from your vehicles original software. We promise not to use unsafe so called 'off the shelf' remap files, as these are unstable and could result in damage to your car, van, 4x4 or bike. We always save your original factory settings under your registration number.

Why don't manufacturers send cars out at their best?

We get asked this quite often, and the reason is that they like to sell you the SRi, GTi or XSi model. This is usually the same engine with a different map on the ECU.

Manufacturers do remap vehicles and charge a huge amount for the pleasure; for instance the Mercedes sprinter use one engine and has 6 different power outputs, this is due to the remapping.

Another example of this is when cars have a “SPORT BUTTON” or “ECO BUTTON” this is either a switchable ECU map or the car has two ECUS’s. Also with the pressure put on manufacturers to produce cars with lower exhaust emissions not higher MPG this means cars, vans, 4x4's and bikes are not running to their best ability.

For example,a “VW GOLF” is sent from factory with an ECU file that is de tuned; these cars are sent all over the world having to cope with temperatures ranging from -25°C to +45°C. The quality of fuel can also vary enormously in different parts of the world. This is why when we remap your ECU we fine tune the parameters on the ECU to unleash your car, van, 4x4 or bike’s true potential - in less than 2 hours.
