A time for yourself to enjoy breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas) and relaxation (savasana) at a unique, friendly and welcoming yoga class in Hockley, Essex.
The type of yoga demonstrated is ´power yoga´which is a dynamic form of hatha yoga, suitable for all abilities.
Camila is a qualified Yoga Alliance UK teacher from Chile. She studied yoga in Kerala, south India.
Directions: The studio is at the Massive Project Youth Club, which is on the first floor of the building on the corner, just before Hockley Air Soft and CJ's Bowling. Access is via the outdoor fire escape stairs.
