Coventry Pilates Studio is based in the centre of Earlsdon and owned and run by Gail Adams and her team of 7 instructors all highly qualified along with qualifications in Back Care Pilates. Gail herself has been teaching Pilatesin Coventry for the past 15 years and is highly qualified with 3 top Pilates training providers in Pilates Beginners to Advanced, Low Back Pain, Pre and Postnatal exercise, Pelvic Floor rehabilitation, Back Pain rehabilitation and Osteoporosis management..

The studio is a beautiful space to come and unwind, strengthen your body, relieve pain and release tension. We run 28 classes a week, 25 of which are Pilates. We also run a Prenatal Yoga Class. We have 100's of extremely happy customers who have been with us for many, many years. Please be assured that whichever class you join whether you are new to Pilates or a complete novice, you will be invited in with open arms and a very warm welcome. You can rest assured that whatever your reason for joining us you will be very well looked after.

We also run regular Back Pain, Pelvic Floor, Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Menopausal Pilates and Osteoporosis Workshops. These workshops are a combination of practical and some fabulous informative theory and always a take away pack of information and exercises so that you can continue to practice at home!
