We dont always know whats best for ourselves sometimes. We can take lifes knocks and get straight back up with never really registering or acknowledging how it has affected us. Or maybe we struggle to get back up. This is where I can help. We will work together to understand what is going on for you, and working to your strengths, start to manage whatever life has decided to throw at you.
The thought of counselling can be quite daunting, but gone are the days where you lie back on a leather couch whilst a stranger writes on a notepad. Together, you and me. Just two people with a common goal. We can start to get you back in control of your life. Process those feelings and emotions that we all experience as human beings, and most importantly. Help you to feel better.
