Food supply and demand has swung in a very unhealthy way. We are swamped with way too many options for processed and ready made foods.
In 2015 the UK spent 2.4billion on ready made meals alone.

In the space of 30 years our waste lines have expanded and our general health is in a much poorer state, placing a massive pressure on the NHS.
Getting back to basics, with organic, wholefood products, the market place rose by 4% in 2016 to 1.6billion, showing a strong trending and yearning to buy wholefoods.
Yes I eat and cook fish, chicken and a little meat but in moderation, the source of your food is everything
