General information

The HAMPSTEAD MUSIC SCHOOL provides music lessons in the North London areas including Hampstead, Golders Green, Belsize Park, Swiss Cottage and Highgate.

Our dedicated and enthusiastic teachers provides lessons in piano, violin, cello, guitar, drums, singing and many other instruments.

Our aim is to inspire and encourage children to develop previously unexploited potential.

We welcome students from age 4 upwards regardless of the initial level, providing top-level instruction for all: from complete beginners, amateurs, professionals, students preparing for exams, to college admissions and auditions. All lessons are personalised and the repertoire studied varies for each student, whether classical or jazz.

As well as offering individual lesson the School also offers group classes, online lessons, and the opportunity to perform regularly in student concerts.

Regardless of your level or previous experience, our mission is to help you acquire solid fundamentals and make you aware of how to improve your playing and develop it further.

We take the task of helping players to improve very seriously and our excellent staff/student relationship creates the ideal relaxed atmosphere in which to achieve fantastic results. Flexibility is always a priority and we consider the individual needs of each and every student to be of paramount importance. We look forward to working with you to make a year's progress in a week!
