SG23 is a 2250ft brand new strength and conditioning facility, the only one in the area. At this facility we offer something for all abilities. Whether you haven’t done any exercise before or your an elite level athlete, SG23 can accommodate to your needs. we pride our selves on the best training system around, giving each individual the opportunity to learn, train and reach their individual goals. All done in a safe and friendly environment, where all those ego’s are left at the door.

At SG23 we are proud of our training system we use. this training system helps every individual improve in all areas of fitness. Focusing each time on the 10 fundamental components of fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance, body composition and anaerobic capacity. Some of these components of fitness are aspects related purely to physical capacity, where as others are skill related and can come about through development of combinations of skills. SG23 has a solution for individually developing each of the ten components of fitness.

All of our coaches are highly qualified individuals, with the best experience around. Our coaches pride there selves on technique and safety. In everyday commercial gyms people are left to their own devices, not lifting safely, having no guidance with their training, and not getting those important results they want.
