I am a qualified and fully insured Holistic Therapist based at the Holistic Health Centre in Tunbridge Wells who specialises in massage and crystal healing.
Massage is beneficial to all body systems and will relieve muscle fatigue, soreness and stiffness, relieve back pain, encourage better circulation, reduce swelling, relieve tired, stiff joints, encourage better sleep, and relax the body; therefore reducing the effects of stress. Massage treatments available are Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot and Cold Stones Massage and Swedish Massage
Crystal Healing is an ancient vibrational healing system which focuses on treating patients holistically through the precise placement of crystals on the body; particularly on the chakras to re-balance the energy of the body improving health, releasing negative energy.
