This promotion is being run by HHGL Limited trading as Homebase, Witan Gate House, 500-600 Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK9 1GB. Company registration number: 533033.

1. The Promoter is offering those who enter this promotion a chance to win 1x Frozen lampshade and 1x Spiderman lampshade.

2. To enter this prize draw, entrants must complete the following:
- Let Homebase know which lampshade you would like and why

3. This competition is open on 15th October to all UK residents, except employees of HHGL Limited (including their family and friends), their parent companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. Entrants must comply with the Facebook prize draw entry requirements to be eligible for the prize draw and by doing so, the Entrant agrees to and accepts these terms & conditions.

6. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian over 18 to enter the competition. HHGL Limited reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, cannot been given.

7. HHGL Limited trading as Bunnings Warehouse accepts no responsibility for entries that are uploaded incorrectly or incomplete.

8. The closing date for entries is 15th October 2017 at 23.59. A random draw will be made by a third party to choose the prize winner and the Promoter’s decision will be final.

9. In the event of HHGL Limited trading as Homebase not being able to contact the winners within 30 days, Homebase reserves the right to allocate the prize to the next randomly drawn entrant.

10. Winners will be notified within 30 days of the closing date and may be required to take part in any publicity organised in conjunction with the prize draw.

11. HHGL Limited trading as Homebase is committed to protecting the privacy of entrants. Any information collected in connection with this promotion, will only be used by HHGL Limited or its agents for the purpose of marketing or administering this promotion and future promotions or publicity material relating to this promotion.

12. In the event of impediments outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer, at its discretion, a broadly similar prize of equal value. No cash alternative will be available.

13. HHGL Limited trading as Homebase decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
