We operate drop-in outreach sessions at the following locations:

Killingworth, White Swan - Monday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Meadowell, Meadows Community Centre - Wednesday 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
Longbenton, Oxford Centre - Tuesday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Dudley, John Willie Sams Centre - Thursday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Shiremoor, Shiremoor Library - Friday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Whitley Bay Customer Service Centre - Tuesday 1:30pm - 4:30 pm
Whitley Bay Big Local Office, Whitley Road - Thursday 2pm - 5pm

Appointments Service
We operate a drop in service for clients, who can then be given an appointment at a suitable time and place. Appointments can also be made via the telephone service.
