The Q Policy is a new & different model of Latent Defects Insurance for the
New Build Construction Market.
Our flexible policy allows Property Owners to make extensions and alterations to the Property which can be included in the cover as well as providing full insurance cover for as long as you need it. If your property has The Q Policy, it’s a quality property, no argument.
To ensure the whole process from concept to completion is seamless, Q also offers a range of construction related-services to Developers, Builders and the development Supply Chain to add real value and quality to any project, drawing on our many years of experience in the construction industry and applying common sense to every situation.
We aim to be totally customer focused, treating everyone with mutual respect and servicing the needs of every stakeholder from the initial Developer of the New Build property, to the eventual Property Owner, whether the building is a home, apartment block, office, warehouse or business park.
