Romsey Library Company Information
General information
We are housed in an Old Boy's School of Gothic styled architecture built in 1872 by a Romsey Parishioner (William Cowper Temple MP). The Library moved from Romsey Town Hall and opened on 5th December 1968. In 2006 the Library was sympathetically extended. The new interior complements the historic architectural features by exposing and restoring one of the fireplaces and celebrating the gothci windows with textile art.
