It is a private members only training facility, offering AFFORDABLE personal training.
Services on offer:
Each member will complete a medical screening, needs analysis and functional movement assessment.
After which your training will be allocated into one or a mixture of the following categories:
- 1 to 1
- Up to 4 to 1 clients/trainer ratio
- Saturday morning metabolic conditioning
What can you expect to see?
RAPID RESULTS using methods and equipment not found in commercial gyms. Such as:
