Winton & Co was established in January 2015 by Robert Winton BSc (Hons) MRICS. Winton & Co is a Professional Estate Agency Practice centrally located in Northern Ireland, based in Magherafelt. Working for several years within the Residential and Commercial Sectors of Property, Robert has previously worked for a variety of clients and has been involved in the disposal, renting and acquisition of residential homes, commercial properties and land throughout the Province and the ROI.

Our work doesn’t end there; we enthusiastically search for purchasers and tenants for your property and communicate with our valued clients until contracts are exchanged.
