Furniture To Go is headed by CEO Keith Robinson

Keith is well known within the European Furnishing community with over 40 years’ experience working with Furnishing Products of the highest quality.

Keith with his Danish partners Claus and Jens Ole Sorensen have set up the company Furniture To Go Ltd. following several years as directors responsible for introducing the Danish manufacturers Kjellbergs Successors and more recently Steens Furniture into the UK.

Our UK office is run by Lu Wheeler; Lu comes from senior management roles, and with her team is responsible for all day to day activities in our offices situated at our new Portsmouth warehouse which is managed by our UK operations manager Paul Sheldon. New addition to our company is Natalie Robinson Sales Manager looking after present customer base and developing new opening accounts.

Today Furniture To Go is partnering with two of the largest Danish manufacturers supplying the trade with ready to assemble bedroom products, and more recently Meble Wojcik who produces several ranges of melamine top quality collections.

First factory to be introduced was NJA furniture based in the North of Denmark. Working with NJA nothing has been spared on making commercial products to the highest standard using quality control from start to finish. Keith has called on his many contacts especially from Denmark, and with the help of a family of professional cabinet makers he has made sure his collections are second to none. NJA specialises in solid Pine and painted MDF products. Only the most suitable materials have been sourced from managed forests, and all stocks are being held in the UK for speedy delivery, either to retail stores and warehouses or via the home delivery network set up for customers wishing to use this service.

Second factory on board was DESIGNA which added several modern ranges of Living furniture especially made for furniture to go in Black and White melamine finishes.

More recently Furniture To Go has also gone into partnership with the Polish factory Meble Wojcik who are at present the 4th largest manufacturer of cabinet furniture in Poland (over 800 employees and occupying production /warehouse space of 59,000 m2). Keith and his team have worked closely with owners of this factory to bring several collections into the UK, and this will be a major growth for FTG in 2015-2016
