General information

Justboatstuf or JBS has been created for a few reasons.

The first is to provide a community space for sailors run by sailors, where you can sell, upcycle or recycle your used boating items.

It is also a place to sell new stuff, to help young (and old) boating businesses to thrive.

After many years of boat ownership or a refit, with a garage full of old gear, a shed full of stuff, or a store costing money - do you throw it out and send it to landfill?

NO... STOP!

Whether it be motor boat, yacht or dinghy - some or all of your old gear could quite easily have gone on a boat around the corner! Let’s recycle it - it’s better for the environment and also puts back a little cash in your sailing budget too!

We are also going to be supporting sailing charities. As sailors Justboatstuf is here to give back and help others to enjoy our sport.

We are giving a percentage of our final value fee to a Sailing Charity or Trust (see our Terms & Conditions, "Fees", at the bottom of the page). So the higher the item sells for, the higher the money we all make for charity.

When we get going, we hope to support as many sailing charities as we can by rotating them monthly but to start we will have one (to be announced soon).
