Light IQ was founded by Rebecca Weir, Creative Director in 2001 with a mission to provide inspirational and innovative lighting solutions, integrating intelligent design with exceptional customer service. Philip Moule, Managing Director, joined in 2002 to run the company allowing the design team to focus on delivering exceptional solutions. The Light IQ team has developed into a diverse and international group of individuals with various backgrounds -architects, product and interior designers passionate about and its integration with innovative technologies. With a growing commercial and international customer base, Gerardo Olvera joined as Design Director in 2014. With over 15 years’ experience in world-class lifestyle and residential lighting design, Gerardo brings to Light IQ a wealth of knowledge and expertise to lead the established and award winning design team.

We aim for excellence in everything we do, whether it is the lighting for a private garden in the English countryside or the luxurious interiors of a 5-star hotel in Mexico, our passion is to deliver beautiful lighting design and to ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded.
