Our rooms are situated within 10 minutes’ walk from Waterloo, King's Cross, Russell Square, Chancery Lane and Lambeth North underground and mainline stations with many bus routes and bike hire options at our doorstep.

The Rooms are spacious and fully furnished, and include comfortable seating for talking therapies with individuals, couples as well as a fold-away mattress for bodywork.

Managed by practicing psychotherapists who understand the importance of environment in therapeutic work, The Room is comfortable, beautiful and spacious, and can accommodate a variety of physical configurations and therapeutic modalities.

Our story began after years of practicing therapy at Waterloo and continually being asked: “Do you know of any good therapy rooms for rent in central London?” and more recently we were approached by an NHS Trust asking: "Do you know of any therapy rooms available for rent in south London?" … the rest is history. We have worked hard on getting the rooms right and the feedback from our practitioners seems to reflect this.

We aim to help grow your business. When hiring a space from us you will automatically be listed on one of our practitioners' websites with a full profile promoting your work, you will then be included in our networking and CPD events that we provide.
