Welcome to PCB Care’s Facebook page! If you don’t already know, we’ve been recruiting for almost 30 years within the Health and Social Care sector for both temporary and permanent staff.

We have two Social Care offices based in Barnet and Birmingham who recruit nationally, across Social Care, Child Care and Social Work.

PCB Care are a close knit team, who pride themselves on working together to ensure all of our staff are treated as valued team members. That’s why we offer holiday pay, career development, paid training & appraisals and even give awards to our ‘Temp of the Quarter’! We understand that it’s not just a job that we’re dealing with, but a person who matters!

We understand the need for consistent, good quality workers and sometimes that they may be required at short notice, which is why when our office is closed, we have dedicated consultants who provide an Oncall service 365 days of the year.

With exceptional retention, PCB Care has temporary staff that have worked with us for over 15yrs. The business has mostly grown naturally by word of mouth and recommendations (that’s why we also offer ‘Recommend a Friend’ for candidates to earn an extra £50!)

PCB Care has serviced a number of long standing clients, some of which have been with us for over 13yrs and are well known within the care industry. We provide on-going temporary workers and support with all of their permanent vacancies.
