Redrow Homes has an excellent 40-year track record as a respected developer of high quality new homes across England and Wales.

From starter homes to luxury £1 million-plus villas, traditional looking properties with period style features to contemporary open-plan living, and small enclaves of country manor style homes to iconic glass towers in central London; Redrow prides itself on creating the homes that people aspire to live in and environments that they are proud to be part of.

This facebook page is for sharing some of our news and views. We’re happy to engage in conversation via social media but like anything there has to be some rules. Here are ours:

• Where a response is required, we will aim to respond to posts within three working hours; during evenings and weekends we will aim to respond to posts within three hours of the start of the next working day. Some queries may take longer to deal with than others but we will endeavour to acknowledge your enquiry at least.
• We may not be able to reply individually to all the messages we receive.
• If you need further help or we require personal details we will invite you to email us via heretohelp@redrow.co.uk. This email account is monitored between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• We understand social media is a two-way conversation and we welcome feedback and suggestions from our followers.
• Where permitted, user generated content on our own social media websites will not be censored, provided it is in context to the conversation and does not contravene this policy.
• However, any user generated content added / uploaded to Redrow’s social media sites will be subject to moderation and we will remove or edit any posts which we consider to be false, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, obscene, invasive of a person’s privacy, repetitive, spam, “trolling” or otherwise unlawful and / or not in context with the conversation. We may also remove unauthorised advertising by companies or individuals unconnected with Redrow. Continued / repeated breach of these rules will result in a user being banned from the page.
• We will ensure that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant individual or department at Redrow.
• We will not engage on issues that we deem to be inappropriate for this forum.
• Comments posted by fans on any of our sites (user-granted content) do not reflect the opinions of Redrow or its employees.
• In the event of a complaint or legal action arising from posts made to our sites, we reserve the right to reveal the identity of a contributor and any other relevant information we have about them to the appropriate authorities.
