Project Me is a step beyond the usual health and fitness centre. It is a space with a warm personality and a qualified and friendly team who are truly committed to the exciting Project they’re taking part in.

To truly feel your best, you need to encompass all of you, mind, body and spirit. To do this consistently by yourself is an enormous challenge and that’s what we are here to help you with. Project Me can be your wellbeing mentor, a guide through the many routines, classes, practices and therapies available to help find and maintain your potential.

We aim to create a space that feels genuinely different from any other health or fitness spaces you have visited before. Somewhere where people know your name, where you feel comfortable and relaxed to be yourself and can join us in the journey of making a healthy, happier you.

We are committed to being a positive part of our community, to being environmentally aware and to improving the value, quality and range of ways we can support our clients.

We have grand plans for the future, but rather than telling you about all the things that are coming soon, pop in and see what’s happening right now. If this all sounds a little scary don’t worry, we aren’t.
