We are a long established company working within the industry for over 20 years, we have our own in house team comprising of Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Health & Safety Officers, Liaison Officers and qualified professional tradesmen, as well as a friendly and helpful office team.

We have free holding offices, yard and stores based at our Head Office in Edmonton, London N9 location, which is well situated for travel in Greater London and surrounding areas. We have our own vehicle fleet and are insured under Public Liability and Employers Liability.

R D Bull & Sons Ltd offer a design and build service so any clients wishing to extend or convert your properties or have a new building created, please contact us and we can take care of all your building requirements and planning.

Operatives are almost entirely directly employed, many of whom have been with the company for nearly 16 years. Training is carried out for all operatives to ensure that they are able to undertake the tasks allocated to them in a safe, efficient manner. Full training records are maintained. All operatives and staff have the opportunity for career progression and development, thus creating a highly motivated team.

The use of 'Key Performance Indicators' enables us to benchmark our performance against industry averages, helping us to achieve our objective of working together with clients to provide a quality service, giving true value for money. Our company is able to provide clients with the security they require regarding the quality of the completed works.

The ability to plan, perform and control the works to be carried out in a safe manner is the pre-eminent requirement of any professional contractor. This can only be achieved by ensuring that health and safety awareness is part of the corporate culture of the company and that all employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities in this regard.

R D Bull & Sons Ltd places the highest importance upon the training and re-training of its employees to achieve the best industry standards and to comply with our obligations under the Health & Safety at Works Acts. We are fully experienced in carrying our risk assessments, COSHH assessments and complying with the CDM Regulations in the Planning Supervisor, Principal Contractor or Contractor as the circumstances may require.
