Price Building Services is a mechanical services company that was established over 25 years ago and has a long and successful record of trading within the construction industry.
Our core business is Mechanical building installations. In addition we carry out smaller Mechanical and Electrical combined packages, maintenance packages, and we have a significant portfolio of clients in the Facilities Management and Property Management sectors.
The company is privately owned and financed and owns the freehold to its nine acre Head Office address in Wallington, Surrey.
Currently we directly employ over 80 operatives and 12 management staff. In addition we have a number of regular and specialist sub-contract staff, bringing our current workforce to well over 100 people. We maintain a comprehensive training matrix on all our staff, ensuring the best standards in Health & Safety and competency are maintained.
With directors who are personally responsible for Project Management, and a fully experienced and motivated management team, we are well placed to continue to excel over the coming years.
