Njinga is the best social cycling team in London. We offer structured and progressive cycle skills and training programmes for groups as well as bespoke one on one sessions. We work with complete road cycling beginners and those road cyclists looking to improve their speed, skills, and confidence under our level 1 programme.
Our level 2 programme is for intermediate level road cyclists who can ride confidently at a comfortable speed but lack some key cycling skills and group riding techniques and are interested in becoming more efficient, stronger riders.
We also offer cycle tours to develop your cycling skills, improve endurance and learn to fuel your body correctly while having fun under the expert guidance of knowledgeable and experienced cycling and health coach professionals.
Whether accompanied by friends or going solo, our specialised cycling training services are guaranteed to prepare you for the starter's gun and ensure that you enjoy every moment of your next endurance road cycling event.
