Abacus Estates are a professional estate agency dealing with residential sales, lettings and management.

WE ARE LOCAL

We love North West London, this is our favourite part of the city. Every single one of us have been living and working in this area for the last 20 years.

We know the corner shops, the little cafes, the PC shop, the hairdresser - even the dogs. We are at the very heart of the community, we walk these streets, we live and breathe in them.

This area is our HOME - at West Hampstead, Kensal Rise and Neasden.
