Dry waterproofing Ltd is about you “THE CUSTOMER” because without you, our company and family run business wouldn’t be here today and we haven’t and won’t lose sight of that fact.

We are based in central London, but have a client base that extends throughout the Home Counties down to the south coast, and we specialise in traditional damp proofing and waterproofing in buildings, and in particular, structural waterproofing (Tanking) of below ground structures such as basements, cellars and under pavement vaults. We have a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge of installing waterproofing systems to comply with BS8102 (The British Standard for the protection of below ground structures from water from the ground) which has been achieved by the company directors whilst working in the material manufacturing sector as well as the contracting side of this industry for more than 30 years.

All waterproofing and remedial damp treatment work is carried out by our own directly employed and supervised technicians who have been properly trained, are self-motivated and committed to maintaining the high standards and quality work our customers expect. We provide meaningful guarantees and we are able to offer the added benefit (optional) of an independent insurance ‘Back up Guarantee’ which is operated by Construction Guarantee Services Ltd (CGS) for the work we carry out.
