Ward Williams Associates is an independent professional construction consultancy providing a range of specialist services for building and civil engineering projects across all sectors of the industry.

Our core services include Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Project Management, Building Surveying and CDM Coordination. Over 75% of our work comes from repeat business.

Established as a partnership in 1978 and incorporated in 1989, WWA now operates from four offices across the UK in Truro, Plymouth, London and Gloucester. We are one of the fastest growing practices in the UK and feature in Building Magazine’s “Top 50 Surveying” practices, “Top 200 Consultants” and “Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies”. Today we have over 90 staff, with expertise across all sectors and disciplines.
