Sapphire Independent Housing is a growing and developing association responding to the changing needs of affordable housing in London and Hertfordshire whilst, at the same time, keeping the residents at the heart of everything we do.

Originally established in 1969 as a housing provider with the purchase of its first supported scheme in Kilburn, we now work across a broader customer base reflecting the capital's diversity.

We are located in the London boroughs of Brent, Camden, Islington, City of Westminster and Hertsmere.

Sapphire Independent Housing provides quality services to some of London’s more vulnerable people. We own and manage a range of homes and accommodation from supported and general needs hostels as well as permanent accommodation for single people and families.

We work with a range of organisations to ensure we provide a fully encompassing service for our residents.
